I played around with zillow a few weeks ago – they were mentioned in the Wall Street Journal too. Quite accurate for my house/neighborhood … watch out real estate business!
Yeah I saw that last week. I guess they just went live on the 9th of this month. Pretty accurate for my area as well. The areas that they have less info on, like my parents city, weren’t as close though. The value of my home was almost right on, but the map was off showing the actual location of my house by about 2 miles. I’m sure as it grows it’ll get even better, especially since they’re still in Beta. Definitely a cool site.
