Vegas Baby, NV isn’t Las Vegas, NV.
I hate the way Las Vegas is now a California city in Nevada. All of us who grew in Las Vegas have moved to places like Pahrump, Reno or scattered throughout Texas, to places that were Vegas, before 1997.
Las Vegas is a crap place to live. It’s way too hot here in the summer (not fit for humans). And every darn May Nevada Power gets a rate increase and the residents pay a higher percentage than the casinos. We are being lied to about the temperatures because it’s hotter than what they say, but they don’t want to scare off the tourists. The local politicians want to sell this place to the rest of the country and think this is the greatest thing since sliced bread. Crime is getting worse, the drivers are terrible. No wonder any other state would allow a Nv plate to enter their state. The schools are horrible. I can find nothing positive to say about this dried up God forsaken hell hole.

What’s wrong with Vegas? EVERYTHING!!!! The more appropriate question is “what’s right with Vegas?”-the answer to which is: ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!!! Vegas is NOT, I repeat, NOT a great city!!!!! If you don’t live there now, DO NOT MOVE THERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES WHATSOEVER!!!! If you do live there now, YOU MUST MOVE OUT IMMEDIATELY, or you will soon find out (unless you are blind, deaf and stupid) EXACTLY what’s wrong with Vegas!!!! I’ll just give you a little tidbit to whet your appetite: If you are there you better pray to God you don’t happen to get near any of the cops there, because it does’nt matter whether you’ve done anything wrong or not-they’ll shoot you just for looking at them!!!! “Oh, that’s ridiculous”, you’re probably saying, “they won’t do that. No cops are that bad.” Well, if that is what you’re thinking, you obviously have no clue what Vegas really is about. Think I’m just exaggerating, knee-jerk reaction, something like that? Buddy, believe me, I wish to God it were an exaggeration, but I guarantee you it’s not-it’s supported by 31 years worth of facts!!!! And if you don’t get the hell out of there RIGHT NOW, you will learn the hard way that what I’m saying is true-and that hard way will be the loss of your life!!!!! I am in the process of creating a website that will expose Las Vegas for what it truly is, and I will post something up here when it’s done to let everyone know where they can log on and see it, but for right now, please believe me-if you’ve never trusted anything anyone else has ever said to you before, for your own safety I implore you to trust me and GET OUT NOW!!!!
