This is a actual game play screenshot from Gears Of War (for Xbox 360) which comes out later this year. Screenshots like that almost make me want to go buy an Xbox 360 and a new TV just to take advantage of it. 🙂
Looks great, but honestly I’ve found many older games more enjoyable to play than most of the new fancy graphics stuff.
Sony has a 103 inch TV now. I think you’d one that one instead – with the xbox 360.

Wait, your new house will be outdated before its even built? Need to talk to your designer to work it in somehow. I’m not sure how you’ll be able to watch the superbowl on some measley 57 inch TV. 😉
No… I’m talking about the place I live NOW. The new house definitely will not be outdated. Every TV in that house will be 1080p (1920×1080) with HDMI signals run on fiber. There is also a dedicated home theatre with a 100″ (ish) screen.
I just mean I don’t have room for a 103″ TV in the place I’m in NOW. If I end up getting that 60″ Sony TV (mentioned above), it probably will end up in the guest house. 🙂
it is almost as good as Halo! it is a great game… and how did you get on the subject od a 103 inch plasma tv in a forum on gears??? anyway a LCD is much better for gaming… no images can be burned into its screen.
